Harriette Manuel-Obregon has been a licensed Realtor in Illinois since 1978. She started the firm of RealtyTech Associates Inc. in 1984, providing real estate brokerage services to sellers or buyers of residential or commercial properties. Harriette Manuel-Obregon has also earned several professional designations in the field of real estate appraisal, including that of Master Senior Appraiser. She was very active in the National Association of Master Appraisers (NAMA), but has elected to concentrate exclusively on real estate brokerage services. Currently, Harriette holds the professional designations of GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), all of which allow her to provide her clients with a wide variety of resources and products. She has presented many bank seminars for first time buyers, and is preparing presentation materials for seminars geared toward senior citizens and start-up real estate investment groups.
